Lower Playground Area of St Michaels C & E Academy, Fisher Street;1x Mature Monterey Cypress - Sectionally dismantle fell & remove to ground level using a 40 tonne mobile crane.Remove all cut material from site & return to a Devon Tree Services depot for recycling, leaving the area safe, clean & tidy.Tree Condition:The Monterey Cypress located at the front of the school (///tape.return.bought) is showing significant signs of decline, with reduced vitality and structural integrity.Continued deterioration could lead to further limb failure, posing a hazard to nearby property, pathways, and public safety.Safety and Site Integrity:To mitigate any potential risks associated with the tree?s decline, we are of the opinion removal is essential.This tree has had multiple branch failures over the last 2 years, which Torbay Council have been made aware of.Removal will ensure the site remains safe for the school & community within the conservation area.Sustainable Practices:All cut material will be responsibly removed from the site and transported to the Devon Tree Services depot for recycling, adhering to our sustainable disposal policies.The work will be conducted with care to leave the area safe, clean & tidy.Proposed Actions:? The tree will be professionally dismantled using a mobile crane, with all material safely removed.?
