Description

The rear garden of my property at 15 Woodside Drive Torquay TQ1 1Q has a boundary wall separating my garden with the grounds of Ellesmere flats, Middle Warberry Road, Torquay. There is a large Sycamore tree within Ellesmere grounds which has some branches which overhand my garden. This application relates the the removal of two branches and trimming back of and smaller branch which directly overhang my garden. These two branches are used as a perch for pigeons leading to fouling of my garden. As the garden is only small it is a significant issue. The branches also reduce light in my garden during the summer months when in leaf.I have liaised with Ellesmere residents board who tell me they have no objections in principle to my proposal.
