Amendment sought:Condition 19 to read: Prior to commencement of construction of any holiday unit hereby approved it shall be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority how continuous, unfettered access along the path from Beacon Quay car park, along the northern edge of the former Living Coasts site and into Beacon Cove would be secured for use by occupiers of the holiday units hereby approved and the mechanisms for securing this continuous and unfettered access put in place to serve the development for its lifetime.
