Formation of a single storey extension to the rear with a balcony above. Formation of an attached garage replacing existing sheds.) Condition: P1 Approved plans. Variation sought: The approved scheme shows an area of new external brick wall. It wasn't possible to get a matching brick, so the wall has been rendered to match the other areas of extension. Condition to reference the attached updated elevation drawing rather than the previous one.
