Description

Variation of Condition relating to application P/2023/1098: Removal of hipped roof to south end of auditorium and addition of gable roof to match adjacent roofing and alterations to form a plant room. New air source heat pump added to foyer block roof. Previously approved three storey extension to rear face of foyer for lift and stairs. New external ramps and steps for accessible entrance. Demolition of existing ancillary spaces to south end of auditorium. Enlarged plant room. Addition of solar panels to roof. Addition of external insulation, render to auditorium walls and bin store. Partial demolition of internal walls for creation of cafe/seating area, increased WC provision and new community meeting spaces. Auditorium flooring rake altered to improve accessibility. Condition: P1 - Approved Plans. Variation sought: relocation of air source heat pump, amended entrance terrace design and amended plant room design.
