Variation of Condition relating to application P/2024/0054: Refurbishment of cinema to include erection of extension to rear face of foyer for accessible lift and stair, addition of new external ramps and steps to create accessible entrance, and demolition of existing ancillary spaces to south end of auditorium and addition of enlarged plant room. Further external works to include addition of solar panels to roof, addition of external insulation and render to auditorium walls, and addition of bin storage area. Internal alterations to include partial demolitions of internal walls for creation of cafe/seating area, increased WC provision, and new community meeting spaces. Auditorium flooring rake altered to improve accessibility. Condition: P1 - Approved Plans. Variation sought: relocation of air source heat pump, amended entrance terrace design and amended plant room design.
