PLEASE NOTE - TREE NUMBERS RELATE TO ASPECT TREE CONSULTANCY PLAN (03972 TLP), NOT TO NUMBER ON TPO SCHEDULE T1 ? Monterey cypress:Crown spread SE to 4m above ground level.Remains of eastern stem present, decayed but of limited significance.Crown lift on eastern side of tree removing: 1) Two lowest branches 100mm in diameter originating at 4m and 4.5m above ground level. 2) NE primary limb originating at 4.5m above ground level - remove two lowest secondary branches originating at 1m from base of the branch (the lowest one has a split 2m from trunk and the other is 20cm above it). 3) NE Primary limb, secondary branch growing east 1m from trunk 100mm in diameter and tertiary branches growing east up to 5m above ground level from underside of branch. 4) Remove lowest branch N growing in a NNW direction toward house, which is over the roof of the extension, originating at 6.5m above ground level from second lowest primary branch, maximum 100mm in diameter. 5) Tertiary branches SW at 4.5m above ground level 50mm in diameter. All pruning is in accordance with BS3998 and relates to less than 5 to 8% of total crown volume.Reasons:To provide reasonable clearance of the house, garden, ancillary structures and the neighbouring property. The works accord with BS 3998 2010 Tree Work - Recommendations and the extent of foliage / bud removal do not exceed national guidance. The trees physiological condition is good, and the works will not lead to decline in the tree?s health.
