Part of G5 Preservation Group - 1 x Hawthorn (identified in Tree Survey Document as T4824) - fell to ground level. Reason: Basal failure onto parked car due to decay and crown dieback.T001 2006.014 - Cedar (identified in Tree Survey Document as T4827) - reduce limb by 40% to reduce stress at fracture point. Reason: Hazard beam axial fracture visible with decay beneath bark- likely due to an historic high-sided vehicle strike. Low end-weight relative to girth at union suggests low likelihood of failure. Lowest limb failure onto parked car considered.T603 Norway Maple (identified in Tree Survey Document as T4829) - fell to ground level. Reason: Ivy-clad base and unions into lower crown. Crown dieback to approximately 50%, but 100% on southern side. Internal decay detected by hammer acoustic test. Poor unions ? included bark. Limb failure into road considered.
