G1 - Various plants within the group include Holm Oak, Holly, Leyland cypress, and Rhododendron. It appears that the trees were planted after the TPO Area was established, judging by its size. Fell Leyland cypress and coppice other smaller plants within the group to regenerate, the applicant intends to restore the hedgerow between the boundaries of the Lincombe Manor and number 16 The Woods as vegetation has already impacted the boundary fence, intending to enhance the aesthetics of the garden and promote local ecology. Similar works were done previously on the bank westerly located outside numbers 14, 12, 10 and 8. There is no access to view the trees. Please contact Mr Pettipher to gain access to the rear garden.
