This application is effectively a repeat application of the following previously approved applications: AT/2011/0182/TB dated 19.10.2011AT/2013/0216/TB dated 12.08.2013AT/2020/0259/TPO dated 09.11.2020Attached is a copy of the plan submitted with the 2013 application which identifies the trees as follows: T2 - Yew tree wholly on the property Glenside.T3 - Horse Chestnut on adjacent owner's property but overhanging Glenside.T4 - Yew tree on adjacent owner's property, again overhanging Glenside.This application is similar, in so far as it relates to T2, T3 and T4, to that made in 2013 and 2020 to prune T2 to previous pruning points and to maintain appropriate distance from the flank wall of the house and to reduce the overhangs of T3 and T4;, in summary, a request for consent to revert to the position pertaining following the last approved pruning.It is intended in addition to reduce in height and depth of the laurel hedge that exists between T2 and T3 by up to half.It is requested, if this application is granted, that it be a continuing consent, not limited to two years to enable routine management, within the confines of that permitted by the consent, to be effected as and when required.
