T1 - Trachycarpus fortunei (Palm) - dead tree, severely decayed controlled removal requested - Fell and grind out stump.T2 - Pinus (Pine) - Sectionally dismantle to ground level and grind out the stump. - Moribund tree near footpath - replacement Pinus sp.T3 - Ulmus (Elm) - Sectionally dismantle to ground level and grind out the stump - Tree has had multiple failures over footpath area of which it also leans significantly. Tree unlikely to recover from large primary failure - replacement tree Ulmus species (not susceptible to Dutch elm disease).
