Description

T001 - Corsican pine. Remove section of brick paving by hand approx. 500mm wide, uncovering roots as required. Undertake root pruning to provide 1.5m clearance from drain at eastern aspect of property, pruning all roots to depth of 600mm in order to prevent ingress into structures associated with drainage. No pruning at a distance of less than 6m from main stem.Works to be completed under supervision of arboriculturist under watch brief. Roots to be pruned by use of sterilised tools - pruning saw or bypass secateurs only.No roots to be left uncovered - retained roots must be protected by use of hessian sacking, kept moist.Any digging to be back-filled within one hour of exposure of roots, using material removed from site and reinstated.
