Description

T1- pine- removal- the tree appears to be in crown decline and is showing very poor crown vitality for the species something which has been recently seen in many pine trees across torbay which has ultimately ended in death of the tree. the tree is situated very close to the neighbouring property (the neighbours were subject of a failed tree approximately 2 years ago from a very similar position in 103 Ilsham Road). when the tree has completely died removal would be very difficult due to access and would become unsafe for the team undertaking the removal so an earlier removal is proposed with replanting and establishing a new tree in a better location within the garden.
