T1- Holm Oak- dismantle to ground level. the tree is positioned in an unsuitable position on the top of a rock face/bank. the tree has very low amenity value and Dosent pose any significant benefit to the wider landscape. the tree also has several severe decay pockets from historic pruning/failure. removal of this tree wouldn't have a negative impact on the local landscape and would allow the client to plant a more suitable tree in a more suitable position.
