Beech / Fagus sylvatica (T1) - in reference to previous application ref: AT/2024/0080, this application seeks permission for tree works in line with those previously indicated as acceptable within the tree officer report. Specifically, crown lift to provide 4m clearance over the garden area and 2m clearance over the neighbouring garage area. Works will focus on secondary or tertiary branch removal or length reduction. Branches on the main stem may be targeted for removal where the branch diameter does not exceed 1/3 of the parent stem diameter to provide the stated clearance.
