Tree #1 MONTREA CYPRUS (Early Mature) Request to fell and remove whole tree - Due to excessive shading of the garden and constant dropping of needles. We will also be submitting planning permission to extend the kitchen. This will move the house 5 meters towards the tree. Property has already been underpinned due to type of soil shrinkage and don't want the proximity of the tree to impact this. Tree is also suffering from verticillium wilt.
