Description

Ash tree - fell Our Ash tree is quite large and is quite near our house as well as overhanging our neighbours garden and there is concern as it is continuously shedding branches. We have sought advice from two tree surgeons as to how we can remedy this. There was concern that it may have Ash dieback as the trunk appears to have scaring. However, the second tree surgeon said it may not, bearing in mind the time of year for his visit. We initially considered pollarding to alleviate the shedding of branches, but as the tree surgeon stated, this could make the tree more vulnerable to Ash dieback, if indeed it hasn't already got it.
