Description

There is a long-term management plan for the trees of Kilmorie from both a risk perspective and instalment of good silviculture practice; the woodland management plan is available upon request if necessary. These initial works have been prioritised from a risk assessment perspective. The works applied for are thought to be of low impact to the overall amenity value of the Kilmorie estate. The Woodland Management Plan and QTRA works are proposed to improve the overall usage of the area for the residents of Kilmorie and Crown Management without hindering the wider amenity of Torquay and retaining the long standing characteristics of the area.
