Description

I have a very mature Leylandii tree at the entrance of my drive which is located at 75b Fore Street TQ1 4PU. ( the location for map reference is at the very north end of Chilcote Close ). This Leylandii has been left to mature for many years before I purchased the property and is now approximately 20 metres tall and consists of many interwoven stems at its base where there is a recent fracture caused by recent storms. For this reason alone I would like to be permitted to remove the tree which is part of a line of Leylandii on the border of the land I own.
