Description

Although I do not believe that the tree in question is subject to a preservation order, I am led to believe that it is in a conservation area.With this in mind, I would like to apply for work to be permitted to carry out a crown reduction/pollarding of the tree in orer to make it consistent with previous work done on surrounding trees.I am concerned about the height of the tree and the degree of overhang over the driveway of the neighbouring property, Villa Paradiso, in Higher Warberry Road. I would also like this tree to be reduced to a similar size to the surrounding trees, which can be seen in the attached photographs.
