Application Details
Description
T1- pine- fell and replant- showing very poor canopy vitality and showing signs of the tree dyeing. recent failure is also present. this tree does not have any great public amenity value to the landscape and is part of a ridgeline of trees therefore not standing out as a prominent tree so its removal will not have a negative impact on the landscape. T2- sycamore- reduce by 1.5 meter- the trees crown radius is currently 8 meters we would like to reduce the crown sympathetically to allow more light into the pool area using small cut points and and taken away very limited crown material.G1- lime- reduce by 2 meters on hyfield gardens side- the trees crown radius is currently 9 meters we would like to reduce the limbs back by 2 meters to stop them encroaching onto the garden and taking light from the flower bed below we would also like to do this to maintain the sea view from the apartments on that aspect of the building as this is a big feature of the property. limes are very resilient to pruning and have strong abilities to cope with such pruning. the pruning will be done carefully to ensure that no more than necessary crown material is removed.
