We wish to apply for an exception for the said Ash tree which has a TPO in our garden at 5 Bishops Rise, Torquay, Wellswood. TQ1 2PJWe have contacted a tree surgeon who visited the site today and has confirmed what you already suspected that the tree is in a poor and dangerous position and it's removal is a priority.Please can you accept this as an application for an Exception for the Ash tree to be removed.
