Description

We wish to lop one branch of the eucalyptus tree that is in our boundary that is very low at the car park entrance to Mayfield Medical Centre - please see attached photos.We are requesting permission to remove the lowest polygon (as circled on the first submission and attached again) that will soon obstruct access to the patient car park at Mayfield Medical Centre and be a health and safety to all users entering the patient car park that can include delivery lorries and patients.
