Description

Mixed species vegetation, predominantly Holm Oak, growing on the boundary of Spa court adjacent to Stitchill Road - Prune all vegetation back in line with the stone boundary wall. Where needed, any branches that are to be removed will be pruned back to the primary stem otherwise foliage will be trimmed back to prevent any obstruction for oncoming vehicles and pedestrians. Justification - Vegetation is now infringing onto the highway. Clearance will be 5.2m above the carriageway.
