T1 - Tilia x europaea (Common Lime)option 1- reduce the tree by 2-3 meters back to the pruning points in the canopy, in addition to a crown lift 6 meters away from the house (as shown in photo T1- reduction.Reduce tree in height from approx 35 meters to 25 meters as shown in photo T1- reduction. Pruning cuts to be carried out to British standards while working on the tree maintaining a nice shape back to pruning points and a well balanced treeoption 2- pollardThe height of the final pollard cuts to be approximately 15 to 20 feet as shown in the two photos- T1- PollardThe client is concerned about the size of the tree and the close vicinity to the property and would like to take measures to control its size.
