Variation of Condition relating to application P/2018/0826: Two storey extension to front, two storey extension to rear with Juliet balconies, raised roof ridge height and formation of garage. Condition: P1 - Approved Plans. Variation sought: Central ground floor doors to be changed to four panels on east elevation. Reduction in width of ground floor windows, omission of partial cladding, and omission of fan lights on first floor windows, on west elevation. Reduction in depth of raised terrace, with first floor Juliet balcony changed to window on south elevation. Installation of steps from south side access in rear garden, with reduction in depth of raised terrace, and additional raised level created for planting/screening of adjacent properties.
