Description

Three storey extension to rear face of foyer for lift and stairs. New external ramps and steps for accessible entrance. Demolition of existing ancillary spaces to south end of auditorium. Enlarged plant room and roof plant space. Addition of solar panels to roof, mesh framing around new roof plant, removal of hipped roof to south end of auditorium. Addition of external insulation, render to auditorium walls and bin store. Partial demolition of internal walls for creation of a cafe/seating area, increased WC provision and new community meeting spaces. Auditorium flooring rake altered to improve accessibility.
