Non Material Amendments relating to application P/2019/1292. Amendments sought: Ground floor - wc/utility reinstated in former/as existing location, cloaks and stairs relocated within previously consented footprint of single storey extension. First Floor - study and bathroom locations amended within existing house. First floor to second floor staircase relocated internally, minor amendments to first floor partitions to include bed 3 en-suite/dressing room. Bed 2 ensuite omitted. Second floor - new relocated internal staircase access, master bedroom ensuite, dressing room and balcony handed within formed second floor level. Externally - Front entrance door and glazing amended together with elevational treatment to single storey projection. Amendments to first floor bathroom window. Stairwell projection amended in location and reduced width. Glazed roof lights omitted and replaced with Velux roof light. Roof finish amended to slate and two small Velux roof lights added to rear elevation.
