T0181 - Corsican pine- section fell to ground level - Etiolated form; suppressed within group by holm oaks; noted previously as having diminished vitality and crown density, which has progressed since last assessment and is significant, especially in lower crown over road with 2x dead/moribund primary branches; option is to fell or remove deadwood over road and monitor although condition likely to worsen.G005 - Holm Oak, Common Beech, Hornbeam (trees are owned by a 3rd party property called Alta Vista) - Prune to provide minimum 2m clearance from property - Trees situated in adjacent property; crowns encroaching building; beech is dominant and overhangs property; foliage touching gutter; previously pruned for clearance. Due to the close proximity of the trees cyclical consent is requested to maintain a 1-2m clearance between the tree canopy and the northern elevation of the building / roof (including overhang above the roof) is maintained on a 3 year basis.
