Description

Group of small Holme oaks to rear of number 29 Thorncliff Close Torquay, to be repollarded back to previous pruning points by approximately 2-3m with finishing cuts no greater than 75mm. This work has been granted 3 times previously and my client seeks permission to do this cyclically to avoid unnecesarry paperwork and costs for both parties. Pics provided show the trees in situ, however positioning of the trees does not provide a clear perspective of work being proposed and annotation is not possible. and previous consent correspondence attached for reference. The trees in question are on council land.
