x1 Mature Lawson Cypress - Crown lift secondary & tertiary branch growth only up to approximately x4.0 metres from ground level to achieve the desired vertical clearance above the adjacent garage roof. Pruning to prevent damage occurring to garage roof. Provide a minimum clearance. Minor pruning works which will not affect the overall amenity value of the tree.x1 Semi Mature Ash Tree (poor form & has 50% Ash Dieback Disease) - Dismantle fell & remove to ground level. Poor crown form & suppressed by the adjacent Lawson Cypress. Replacement planting to be undertaken.x1 Mature Yew Tree - Crown lift building side of the tree up to approximately x6.0 metres from ground level to improve light levels in to the property. Pruning to reduce excessive shading of the property. Provide an adequate clearance from the building.All of the above works are elements of a cyclical pruning regime to ensure the future health of the tree stock at Chelston View is maintained.
