Description

This tree is growing in the driveway and wall that borders Lower Warberry Road west. I have made a couple of applications previously (AT/2023/0246)The tree needs pruning, it's branches are low hanging over the driveway, the road outside and hanging over the gutters (likely will cause overflow / leaks when leaves fall). Crown lifting on the south-east crown quadrant to provide a height clearance above ground level of 3m. Branches to be removed to their point of origin on the main stem.Crown lifting on the road side to the same height as driveway, but ground is lower, so 5m on north-west. Whole crown reduction by 2m so that gutters of property are no longer encroached on.
