Description

The Association would like to have consent for felling T16 and T17 as noted on the enclosed Plan both of these trees are Ash Trees (Ash Fraxinus Exelsior) and have Chalara Ash Die back which has deteriorated since the 2022 report which is also provided. The Association would like to have consent to fell both T16 and T17 and grind out the stumps. The Association would like like to have consent for T8 to be removed which is believed to be a Fir tree which has died - this is not noted in the report. The Association would fell and have the stump ground out. The Association are happy to purchase and replant trees although they may not be in the same place as the existing trees. The Association have obtained a Sorbus Aucuparia (Rowan) and a Acer Composure (Field Maple). The Association would welcome you to visit site to inspect accordingly and the Association Directors are happy to meet with you if you would like them to.
