Description
G1 Holm Oak - Pollard three trees to previous historic pollard points, the tree located to the north next to the driveway is in visible decline. The asymmetrical shape of the crown is due to shading from neighbouring taller trees as the group targets public road and pavement.T1 Wester Red Cider ? Fell because slenderness is occurring and the tree?s upper stem and crown are entwined with neighbouring trees putting pressure on the heavy bowing stem. Do not remove the tree stump, as this will damage the structural roots that support the infrastructure of the root plate, which provides strength and stability to the neighbouring trees.T2 Monterey cypress ? Fell because the tree suffered significant branch loss in the past due to the extensive presence of decay within the lower stem buttresses and principal roots. Also, a split is noted within the lower part of the stem just above the decayed wound. The asymmetrical shape of the crown poses a high risk of the tree falling and is not tolerated by the homeowner.T3 Monterey cypress ? Hight reduction by approximately 6 meters because the upper part of the stem and crown is dead. Asymmetrical shape due to shading from neighbouring trees targeting public road and pavement.T4 Monterey cypress ? 3 metres reduction within the southwest lower aspect of the crown on the long phototrophic branches because targeting Holtye property to the south.
