T1 Lime - Pollard due to extensive decay within the lower part of the stem. A rubber mallet indicates ascending hollow at 75 cm above the apex from the top of the cavity.T2 Western Red Cider - Fell due to very poor tree condition caused by a low standard and degree of pruning in the past that is not currently recommended by British Standards 3998 2010. The tree is not visible to the wider public.T3 Pittosporum hedge - Reduce height by 50%.T4 Oak - Pollard to previous historic pollard points because the tree is in a confined environment in very close proximity to a boundary wall and has an asymmetrical crown shape due to shading from neighbouring taller trees.T5 Cherry Laurel - Coppice because it is in a confined environment in very close proximity to a boundary wall and blocking the driveway.T6 Ash - Fell due to extensive symptoms of Chalara Dieback of Ash within the whole aspect of the tree crown.G1 Oak - Coppice because it is in a confined environment and in very close proximity to the main door access also blocking the driveway.G2 Ash - Fell due to extensive symptoms of Chalara Dieback of Ash within the whole group of trees.The applicant intends to restore the hedgerows within the boundaries of Aveland Court by removing, coppicing, and reducing the height of certain smaller plants such as Holm Oak, Laurus, and Holly with the aim of enhancing the garden's aesthetics and promoting local ecology.
