G1 and G2 - Fell Leyland Cypress (x Cupressocyparis leylandii) plant causes skin irritation and allergies to the skin and eyes of the new house owner as it produces a large amount of pollen. Poor amenity Leyland cypress topped many times with a dead inner crown.A new owner would like to replant the hedgerow with broadleaf evergreen plants to add more diversity with the aim of enhancing the garden's aesthetics and promoting local ecology.
