Description

Horse chestnut....the tree triforcates at approx 3m.i wish to reduce the largest of the 3 stems (left side as you look from the house) by 2-3m,only where branches are over extended,making cuts to British standards to elevate some weight.i believe the union to have potential to fail over the road or towards the house in the future.i also wish to crown lift 3 minor stems over the road to highway standard height.
