G001 - The group consisting of a mixed species hedge line rooted on top of a retaining wall. Coppice all vegetation to approximately 300mm above ground level. This is due to concerns of the effects of the root networks compromising the stability of the retaining wall and to allow a more managed hedge line to be established.G002 - Group of mixed species shrubs and vegetation to be felled to ground level to allow management of the vegetation growing around more established trees.T001 - Sycamore: fell to ground level. Rooted directly on top of a retaining wall bordering the highway and has future potential to compromise the retaining wall. Located within G001 where a more manageable hedge line is to be established.T002 - Sycamore: fell to ground level. Rooted directly on top of a retaining wall bordering the highway and has future potential to compromise the retaining wall. Located within G001 where a more manageable hedge line is to be established.T003 - Holm Oak: crown lift to 5m over the driveway and reduce the western aspect of the crown by 2.5m from branch tips. The tree is heavily biased to the west and the low canopy is impacting the driveway.T004 - Sycamore: fell to ground level. Rooted against the retaining wall bordering Lower Erith Road, the tree has caused substantial damage to the retaining wall which is posing a risk to highways.T005 - Sycamore: fell to ground level. Rooted against the retaining wall bordering Lower Erith Road, the tree has caused substantial damage to the retaining wall which is posing a risk to highways.T006 - Holly: fell to ground level. Rooted against the retaining wall bordering Lower Erith Road, the tree is in decline.T007 - Acer: fell to ground level. Rooted within a paved courtyard. The tree has outgrown it's location and is causing significant damage to the surrounding pavers which is the main access to properties.
