Description

Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 24/00924/PA to change the location, or remove, some of the originally proposed plant, set to be located on the roof of the Sainsbury’s store. The replacement of ventilation and gas fired heating plant is due to the existing plant not being suitable for the new scheme, with the replacements being more energy efficient. The addition of new plant equipment consists of 4no. condenser units (3no. located to the northwest and 1no. located to the southeast of the roof), 1no. AHU 1SA, southeast of the roof, 2no. Kelvion Gas coolers, east of the roof, and 6no. ASHP units, north of the roof.
