Retrospective Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 23/01223/FL : To regularise the differences between the approved planning drawings and the ‘as built’ development which is now complete. These principally comprise some changes to the internal room layout, changes to the location and/or size of external doors, rooflights and windows.
