Retrospective Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 23/01223/FL : To regularise the differences between the approved planning drawings and the ‘as built’ development which is now complete. These principally comprise some changes to the internal room layout, changes to the location and/or size of external doors, rooflights and windows. In addition, an additional rooflight window has been added over the roof of one of the dormers in order to provide natural daylight to the stairwell. A shallow pitched roof has also been provided to the porch (in lieu of the approved flat roof design).
