This mature multi-stemmed tree straddles the fence line but stands wholly within the boundary of the applicant's garden. Current height and spread is 18m and 9m and proposed is a 30% crown reduction to 12m and 7m respectively, with 10% internal thinning and removal of deadwood as found. 1 x Larch (T3 applicants plan).
