T2) - Using rigging and lowering, reduce x2 upper limbs over house by approximately 3m as shown in annotated photograph attached to agents email dated 11th January 2024. Reason: Branch recently snapped from upper limb, hit house and broke ridge tile and guttering. Both trees standing in Area A1 of Tree Preservation Order
