Description

Peters Village Phase 4, Parcels 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F Variation of Section 106 Agreement. Variations to clause 8.8.1 to update the mortgagee exclusion clause so that it is in the National Housing Federation model form and secondly to remove the requirement that on each occasion an affordable housing unit is let or sold in accordance with the nominations deed the obligations for recycling subsidy in clause 8.9 of the Agreement are observed and performed, in relation to housing granted under permission TM/17/03641/RM: pursuant to condition 1 (siting, design, external appearance and landscaping) of outline planning permission TM/15/01485/OAEA, (which replaced permission TM/05/00989/OAEA for formation of development platforms and creation of new community including residential development, mixed use village centre (including A1, A3 and B1 use) community facilities and primary school and associated highway works) subject to a new time limit to allow a further period within which to submit applications for the approval of reserved matters)
