Re-submission from application ref 22/02201/FL to extend further into the garden by approx 800mm to the rear at ground floor level. This is due to a pipe owned by Southern water being discovered 1m down under the proposed new walls. The design of the extension is as before to replace the conservatory with a new kitchen/dining extension with a flat roof. The first floor extension over the garage remains as granted on the previous application.
