The tree is on the verge/bank of Mill Lane which is behind 7 Shelford Close we are the LA. The resident has had permission to prune back from their home which they have done and we have been contacted to prune the rest of the tree. I wish to crown lift over the road this is mostly deadwood, deadwood the tree and prune back to previous points which is an overall reduction of 15% only creating balance. The reduction will not be similar to work near the house
