Application for the approval of details reserved by condition 19 (Archaeological trial trenching/excavation/monitoring) of planning permission ref 23/01502/FUL (Proposed construction a new cable tunnel beneath the River Thames between Tilbury and Gravesend to provide additional transmission capacity.
