Notice is given that Thurrock Council proposes to make the London Gateway Logistics Park Local Development Order 1.5 (2024).In November 2013 the Council adopted the London Gateway Logistics Park Local Development Order (2013) which permitted up to 829,700sqm of commercial floorspace. It expired in early November 2023 with 337,225sqm of floorspace having been completed or consented on site.Thurrock Council is now consulting on draft Local Development Order 1.5 for the development of up to 85,000sqm of additional B8 floorspace on the London Gateway Logistics Park.
