Description

South Approach Woodlands T1947 Ash- It is recommended that the crown is reduced by approximately 6 m in height and 3 min radial branch length, to reduce loading and increase the amount of shelter providedby surrounding trees, to reduce the potential for stem failure and retain the tree andthe habitat it currently provides. A reduction of 6 m in height will prevent the tree frombeing able to reach the railway fence line if it were to fail, providing a balancedapproach to risk management and habitat retention
