T2 - Horse Chestnut to reduce by 1.5m. We reduced this tree 5-6 years ago due to poor condition. The proposed reduction will reduce weight on the new growth that has now been produced. If left long term the weak unions could start to fail. This is over a road, close to a park so has a high footfall and is over a clients driveway and neighbouring out building so has a high risk of failure was to occur. Current height is around 12-15m
