Description

Mature Beech, which has split at the bottom of its trunk due to very long term disease/rot (suspected to be from historic garden fires in close proximity to the tree in its earlier years). The tree has fallen, but is currently resting at an acute angle against 2 adjacent Oaks. Should there be high winds and the Beech moves from this supported position it will fall. This is a huge tree (approximately 70ft in height) with enormous limbs.
